We are happy to refund any unwanted goods within 28 days of the receipt date.
· Tiles can be returned in full cartons only provided in the same shade is in stock (10% of total purchase only)
· Trims and other non-chemical based products.

All returns will be a subject to a minimum 25% handling charge.
Please note;
- Orders can take up to 5-7 business working days to arrive to the shop.
- Special order products are strictly non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be processed without the original purchase invoice.
- Single tiles will not be refunded.
- During promotions there may be additional terms and conditions applied to our refund policy (ask a member of staff for details at time of purchase)
- It's important to understand tile faces because the number and variety of faces on a tile can differ throughout the ranges.
The goods will become your responsibility 48 hours from the completion of your delivery or customer collection.
You must examine the goods before accepting them such as reporting any damages or breakages to us within 48 hours of delivery.
We are not responsible for any damages or breakages after 48 hours.
Customers need to check the calibration and shade before installation. Claims cannot be considered after the tiles have been installed as installation constitutes acceptance of the tiles.
